HOUSE RULES for Mariensztat 8 Apartments
Apartamenty Mariensztat 8 is obliged to provide:
* conditions for the guest's rest.
* safety of stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of personal data
* professional service
We provide services according to our standards. In the event of any dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services provided, please report them to the reception which will allow the management to react as soon as possible.
Guestrooms are rented for a night's stay, which lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the guest did not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.
The guest should report the wish to extend the stay at the reception desk by latest 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
We will take into account wishes to extend the stay or departure according to availability.
The guest should report any delays for departure by the latest 11.15 a.m, otherwise, the check-out will be extended till 2 p.m. for a fee of half-days room rate.
The guest may not transfer the room to unregistered people during the rental period.
Unregistered persons (visitors) may stay in the room between:
7:00 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Any remaining visitors after 10 p.m. must be checked in
as guests for the night for a fee of 175,- PLN.
The registered guest takes full responsibility for the room, its inventory, and its visitors.
Silence is required in the building from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
During the night hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., the guests are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb the peace of other guests.
Mariensztat 8 Apartments and its staff are not responsible for the actions of unregistered persons on the property.
In case of disturbances, suspicious activity, or the usage of forbidden substances the management will take action to reduce possible harm or damages and will contact the emergency services
The Management or authorized personnel have the right to enter the room if it has not been possible to establish contact with the guest for either 24 hours during their stay, past an unannounced delay to check out, or failure to respond during a disturbance. An authorized employee may then enter the room in the presence of another person.
The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of items or property. Any items, equipment, and technical devices damaged by the guest or by their visitors are to be paid for at the latest time of the check-out.
* any repairs or maintenance reported or noticed will be performed in the guest’s absence or during the guest’s presence if they express their consent.
The guest must notify the reception about any damage immediately after it is discovered.
Apartamenty Mariensztat 8 is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items and valuables.
Personal items left in the room by a departing guest can be arranged for a pickup and also can be sent back by courier at the guest's expense after the guest’s consent, otherwise, the items will be discarded.
Apartamenty Mariensztat 8 is not responsible for damage, misplacement, or loss of a vehicle belonging to the guest.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire, candles, heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices that are not part of the room equipment. This does not apply to chargers, power supplies, and computer devices.
Smoking inside the guest rooms and through the windows is strictly forbidden. For failure to comply with the ban, the administration will charge a fine, equal to a rate of three days for cleaning and ventilation purposes including any additional costs in the relocation of any guests for the time of the room closure.
Apartamenty Mariensztat 8 has the right to discontinue the provision of accommodation services in the event of the guest disrupting the order.
The interruption of the guest`s stay does not constitute grounds for a refund of the amount paid or to be paid for their stay.
The reception may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to property or disturbing the peace.
All disputes will be resolved in Polish court
The guest of Apartamenty Mariensztat 8 ( Mariensztat 8 Apartments ) complies with these house rules by signing the registration form provided during the check-in.
